About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Intermediate Full Stack .NET Developer to join our growing engineering team. You'll work on building scalable, distributed systems using modern .NET technologies and React, crafting responsive web applications that translate design into pixel-perfect user experiences. This is an opportunity to work on complex problems, mentor junior developers, and grow your expertise in microservices architecture and cloud-native development.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain robust backend services using .NET, leveraging microservices and distributed systems architecture
• Develop responsive, user-centric interfaces with React that align with design systems and Figma specifications
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and web services that power modern applications
• Write efficient, optimized database queries across PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MySQL
• Implement event-driven architectures to create scalable and decoupled systems
• Collaborate with design teams to translate Figma designs into accessible, responsive components
• Write testable code following Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high code quality standards

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in .NET (C#) for backend development
• Strong experience building frontend applications with React
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and web APIs
• Solid grasp of event-driven programming and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles

Architecture & Patterns:

• Experience implementing MVVM and MVC design patterns
• Practical knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Ability to design systems with scalability and maintainability in mind

UI/UX Development:

• Proficiency in translating Figma designs into responsive, production-ready code
• Experience building and maintaining design systems
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and CSS/styling

Database Expertise:

• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MySQL
• Comfortable writing custom and complex SQL queries for optimization and data retrieval
• Understanding of relational and NoSQL database design patterns

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Avalonia design system
• Experience with WPF/Winforms
• Previous work on ERP systems or enterprise-level applications
• Familiarity with agentic workflows and AI-driven programming patterns
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
• Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or similar)
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Open source contributions
