Company Description Technology Commercialization Centre International (TCCI) supports organizations and institutions in transforming research and innovation into market-ready solutions. The Centre operates as an external Technology Transfer and Technology Commercialization Office, helping partners manage intellectual property and bring new technologies to market. TCCI also serves as a remote Office of Research Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC), an outsourced Project Management Office, and a partner for tendering and contracting activities. By acting as an innovation partner and provider of partnered solutions, TCCI offers clients end-to-end support across the innovation and commercialization lifecycle.
Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Intern role based in Punjab, Pakistan, with some flexibility for work from home. The intern will support technology transfer, commercialization, and project management activities, including collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, and assisting in the evaluation of innovative projects and intellectual property. Day-to-day tasks may include drafting presentations and documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, helping manage tendering and contracting processes, and maintaining organized records of ongoing projects. The intern will also contribute to research on market trends, funding opportunities, and potential partners, while learning best practices in innovation management and commercialization.
Qualifications

• Ability to conduct structured research, analyze information, and present findings clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, presentations, and professional correspondence.
• Basic understanding of innovation, technology transfer, or business development concepts (coursework or projects are acceptable).
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholder requests.
• Proficiency in common office and collaboration tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, online meeting platforms).
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in teams in a hybrid environment.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, business, management, technology, or a related field.
• Interest in intellectual property, project management, and commercialization of research is highly beneficial.
