To support the HR team in preparing for audit by organizing, validating, and maintaining third-party workforce documentation, ensuring records are complete, accurate, and compliant with audit requirements.

• Organize and compile documentation related to third-party/vendor staff for audit readiness.
• Review records against audit requirements and identify missing or incomplete documents.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to collect and update required documentation.
• Maintain trackers to monitor document availability, status, and compliance gaps.
• Ensure files are properly categorized, indexed, and stored for easy retrieval during the audit.
• Support the HR team in preparing audit related reports and documentation summaries.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee and vendor records.
• Assist with any administrative activities required to facilitate successful audit completion.
