Main Responsibilities- Sort and organize files of current and separated employees.
- Develop and maintain a file tracking system to ensure accurate record management.
- Tag cabinets and arrange files systematically for easy retrieval.
- Review employee files against HR documentation requirements and identify missing documents.
- Update filing records and provide regular status reports on file organization progress.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of all employee information.
- Support HR team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel records.
