International Sales Manager - Textile City

Our client Textile City is hiring a International Sales Manager in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive international growth.
- Lead and manage a team of international sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners across various regions.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence in international markets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions that enhance sales performance.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities tailored to international markets.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with clients while ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales processes, providing feedback and solutions for improvement.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor actions.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a sales management role within an international setting.
- Strong understanding of global market dynamics and international business practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and grow market share in diverse markets.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Fluency in English is a strong advantage.
- 6–10 years of experience in international sales, with a minimum of four years in a managerial capacity.
