At OdoCore, we specialize in Odoo ERP implementation, customization, integration, training, and support. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting Odoo-based solutions to businesses across different industries.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
• Understanding of ERP systems, preferably Odoo, or willingness to quickly learn Odoo business processes.
• Ability to identify potential clients, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in preparing proposals, quotations, and client requirement summaries.
• Ability to understand client pain points and coordinate with the functional/technical team to propose the right solution.
• A target-oriented mindset with the confidence to work independently and as part of a team.
