Job Identification

We are looking for an Invoice Processing Specialist to be part of our Finance Team in Lahore.

What We Expect

• Process invoices, controlling price and quantity against Purchase Order and Goods Receipt (3-way match).
• Account properly for VAT in Invoices.
• Control advance payment requests for vendors and employees.
• Control employee expense reports and receipts.
• Post successfully controlled vendor invoices and employee expense reports.
• Manage invoice exceptions with related departments.
• Conduct Accounts Payable end of period activities.
• Control GR/IR (goods receipt & invoice receipts).
• Providing support for internal/external audit requirements.
• Deliver the highest quality of service as defined by the team leader in conjunction with the business units.
• Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and productivity targets.
• Provide support to the team leader on invoice processing and posting supported by FSC.
• Execute all month end closing operations as per defined timetable.
• Accrual transactions for invoices.
• Ensure that all process controls are operational, actively identify control gaps and recommend possible solutions.
• Establish good relationship with customers by maintaining open communication channels and developing high standards for delivery service.
• Provide input into continuous process improvement.
• Recognize and communicate potential issues/risks within the team and work with the team to generate solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelors in finance
• Knowledge of SAP Accounts Payable Module / Proficient user of MS applications / Be a Certified Public Accountant (SMMM/CPA) preferably
• Minimum Total Experience: 2-4 Years
• Minimum Functional Experience: 2-4 Years
