Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Executive with 1 to 1.5 years of experience to support our day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of desktop support, networking basics, and system administration.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Executive with 1 to 1.5 years of experience to support our day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of desktop support, networking basics, and system administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and related hardware/software issues
- Manage and maintain domain environments, including Active Directory and user accounts
- Handle system configurations for workgroups and network setups
- Support and troubleshoot issues on Windows, macOS, and basic Linux systems
- Assist in network management, including troubleshooting connectivity and performance issues
- Monitor and maintain firewalls and ensure network security protocols are followed
- Install, configure, and update software and operating systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve IT-related issues efficiently
- 1 to 1.5 years of experience in the IT field
- Strong knowledge of Desktop Support, Active Directory, and Domain Management
- Familiarity with Workgroups, macOS, and basic networking concepts
- Understanding of firewalls and network security
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems is a plus
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
