Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to end users, including hardware, software, and basic network issues
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, peripherals, and applications
• Support routine IT operations, system monitoring, and troubleshooting activities
• Maintain and update IT documentation, procedures, and system records
• Assist the IT team with ongoing projects, upgrades, and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices
• Support administrative IT tasks related to access management, operations, inventories, and asset tracking.
  
  

Experience/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows), and networking fundamentals
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, email systems, and basic troubleshooting techniques
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
