Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Officer to provide day-to-day technical support and ensure the smooth operation of our office IT systems. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of desktop support, networking, hardware troubleshooting, and AI tools.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Officer to provide day-to-day technical support and ensure the smooth operation of our office IT systems. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of desktop support, networking, hardware troubleshooting, and AI tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and standard software.
- Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Assist with LAN setup, Wi-Fi configuration, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Install and troubleshoot office hardware, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Maintain basic records and documentation of IT issues, solutions, and equipment.
- Use and explore AI tools for troubleshooting, research, documentation, automation, and improving daily IT support tasks.
- Assist employees with day-to-day IT-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Stay updated with new technologies and identify tools that can improve IT support efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in IT support or a related role; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS installation, configuration, and software deployment.
- Understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi routers/access points, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of office hardware, printers, and peripheral device setup and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools and their practical use in IT support is preferred.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and provide timely support to employees.
