Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and creative Jr. PR Executive to build and manage the brands network of influencers, creators, and brand partners while strengthening Scents N Stories presence across organic social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a passion for content and branding, and the ability to identify collaboration opportunities that increase brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Brand Partnerships, PR, Social Media, or Digital Marketing, preferably in retail, e-commerce, beauty, lifestyle, or FMCG.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience managing influencer collaborations and creator partnerships.
- Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of organic content strategies and social media trends.
- Ability to manage multiple collaborations and campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Canva, basic content creation tools, copywriting, and social media analytics.
- Passion for branding, storytelling, digital culture, and the fragrance industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, negotiate, and onboard influencers, content creators, and brand collaborators.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, creators, and partner brands.
- Manage end-to-end influencer collaborations, including outreach, negotiations, product dispatch, content approvals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate barter and paid collaborations while ensuring campaign objectives are achieved.
- Explore new partnership opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Track influencer performance, maintain collaboration databases, and prepare campaign reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
- Manage the brands organic social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
- Plan, schedule, and publish organic content, including posts, reels, stories, and trend-based content.
- Monitor community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop engaging content aligned with the brands identity.
- Brainstorm creative campaign ideas and influencer activation concepts that strengthen brand awareness.
- Assist in content shoots, UGC coordination, and creator collaborations.
- Stay updated on social media trends, creator trends, viral content formats, and competitor activities.
- Monitor organic social media performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
