- Primary Shift (Mon to Fri): 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (UK Time)
- Weekend Hours: Saturday: (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM UK Time)
- Willingness to work flexible hours as per business needs is essential

About the Role
Fortray is looking for highly motivated Junior Career Development Executives to join our growing Career Development team in Lahore.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy guiding people, building relationships, and closing high-intent leads. You will work closely with career changers who are actively exploring opportunities to move into IT, Tech, and AI careers.
Your responsibility is to consult, guide, pitch, follow up, and enrol candidates into Fortray’s Job-Ready and Job-Guarantee programmes, using a consultative and trust-based approach.

Key Responsibilities
Career Guidance & Consultation
- Engage with career changers who have shown interest in switching careers into IT, Tech, or AI
- Understand their background, motivation, challenges, and career goals
- Guide candidates on suitable Job-Ready & Job-Guarantee programmes
- Build confidence and trust through professional career counselling
Sales & Lead Conversion
- Pitch Fortray’s training and job-placement programmes effectively
- Handle warm, high-intent leads (no cold calling)
- Close leads by addressing concerns, explaining value, and guiding decisions
- Meet and exceed monthly enrolment and revenue targets
CRM & Lead Management
- Use CRM to manage leads, update statuses, and maintain accurate records
- Log call notes, follow-up tasks, and lead activity consistently
- Track leads across the funnel from first contact to closure
Follow-Ups & Communication
- Follow up with leads via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and CRM tasks
- Maintain strong follow-up discipline until closure or disqualification
- Ensure timely responses and professional communication at all times
Team Collaboration & Growth
- Participate in training, role-plays, and coaching sessions
- Share insights, objections, and success stories with the team
- Be willing to go the extra mile to support team and company goals

Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication skills (English – spoken and written)
- Strong follow-up, persuasion, and listening skills
- Confidence in speaking to international (UK-based) clients
- Sales-driven mindset with empathy and professionalism
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
- Highly motivated, resilient, and target-oriented
- Willing to work flexible hours and ready to go the extra mile

Education & Background
Essential
- Graduate or equivalent experience
- Strong interest in career guidance, sales, or education consulting
Desirable (Nice to Have)
- IT / Tech / AI background or degree
- Previous experience in:
o Career counselling
o Education sales
o Training or recruitment consultancy
Candidates without an IT background are welcome if they are willing to undergo structured training.

- Up to 1 month of excellent structured training
- Full training on:
o Career-change programmes
o Sales scripts & consultative selling
o CRM usage
o Objection handling & closing techniques
- Ongoing coaching and performance support

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Up to PKR 60,000 per month
- Incentives: 3% – 5% commission, paid monthly
