We are looking for a Game Producer with 2–3 years of experience in mobile game development to lead cross-functional teams and ensure on-time, high-quality game delivery. The ideal candidate understands the full game lifecycle, from concept to live operations, and can balance creativity, timelines, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the production roadmap and delivery timelines for mobile games
- Coordinate with design, art, development, QA, and marketing teams
- Translate product vision into actionable plans, milestones, and sprints
- Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers
- Ensure timely releases and smooth live operations
- Monitor KPIs and support data-driven decisions for updates and features
- Maintain clear documentation and reporting for stakeholders
- Drive team communication and agile ceremonies
- 2–3 years of experience in game production or project management in mobile games
- Strong understanding of the mobile game development lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp)
- Good knowledge of F2P models, monetization, and live ops
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working on live mobile titles
- Basic understanding of game design and analytics
- Passion for mobile games and player experience
