The purpose of this role is to work with visibility partners and category teams to create sustainable and reusable assets for instore visibility and ensure that all visibility operations are on track.
Key Responsibilities:

- To track and address field requests for any instore work pertaining to visibility.
- To maintain a record of assets deployments/lift back/re-utilization of assets.
- Ensure to follow modern trade playbook to bring uniformity in executions across.
- Managing end to end process of payments to visibility partners.
- Managing advertising and promotional budget of all categories/instore activities.
- Propose and work on cost effective and scalable branding/merchandising options for uplifting the trade visibility.
- Keeping a track of ongoing projects and updating it to all stakeholders.
- To ensure audit compliance from PO raising to payment processing to the vendors.
- To work on innovative and clutter breaking visibility solutions with visibility partners.
- Regular tracking of competitor activities and create a dynamic reporting system.
- Prepare customized solutions (wherever it is required) in alignment with channels.
- Ensure all structure productions and deployments by visibility partners follow safety standards.
Education: BBA / MBA
Experience: 2 - 3 Years

- Knowledge on visibility materials
- Independently work on projects;
- Strong Communication and analytical skills;
- Highly motivated and energised;
- Experience of merchandising & perfect store;
- Engaging key project stakeholders;
- Resolving conflict;
- Multi tasking.
