Location: Mandra
Working Days & Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30
Contract: 6 months, with renewal prospects
What you will do:
As a Microbiology Laboratory Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and safety of products by performing microbiological testing and environmental monitoring activities. You will support compliance with GMP standards, maintain laboratory operations, and contribute to the overall quality assurance processes of the organization.

- Perform microbiological testing on finished products and raw materials using aseptic techniques
- Conduct environmental monitoring activities, including air, surface, and compressed air sampling
- Perform microbiological analysis of water samples using membrane filtration methods
- Prepare, sterilize, and qualify culture media in accordance with established procedures
- Conduct growth promotion testing to verify media performance
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as incubators, autoclaves, and biosafety cabinets
- Ensure proper cleaning, sterilization, and housekeeping of the microbiology laboratory
- Maintain and update laboratory documentation in compliance with GMP and internal procedures
- Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Technology, or an equivalent scientific/technical field
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)
- Responsibility, reliability & teamwork skills
