- Responsible for the merchant operations of Daraz coins and games program
- Lead end-to-end management of key strategic initiatives that aim to increase merchant engagement and stickiness
- Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and develop tangible actions to drive higher levels of merchant growth objectives.
- At least 1 year of experience in e-Commerce or tech industry, bonus if experienced with Merchant Operations scopes
- Strong sense of ownership, reliable and good team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyse meaningful trends and solve problems with data-driven approach
- Great project management skills with ability to work fast and and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
