1、Manage and develop a portfolio of key strategic accounts, ensuring growth and retention of these high-value clients.

2、Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within the assigned accounts, understanding their business needs and objectives.

3、Proactively identify sales opportunities, prepare and present proposals to key stakeholders, and negotiate contracts to close deals.

4、Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, marketing, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience and address any issues promptly.

5、Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop effective account strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

6、Regularly report on account performance, providing insights and recommendations for improving client satisfaction and driving business growth.

Job Requirements

1、Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2、Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the e-commerce industry.

3、Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts, achieving sales targets consistently.

4、Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

5、Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, customer data, and sales metrics to inform strategic decisions.

6、Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.

7、Fluent in English and local language(s) relevant to the market; additional language skills are a plus.
