Our client Tapandrate is looking for a Key Account Manager in Karachi
The Key Accounts Manager at Tapandrate plays a vital role in managing and nurturing relationships with the companys most important clients. This role focuses on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective account management and strategic planning. The manager works closely with clients to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring that Tapandrates offerings are aligned with clients goals. In addition to handling operational issues and supporting the CEO, the individual serves as the primary point of contact for key customers, driving long-term growth and enhancing customer loyalty. This position requires a proactive approach to managing accounts and an ability to coordinate cross-functional collaboration to deliver outstanding client experiences.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of experience in key account management and possesses strong skills in customer relationship management, data analysis, and sales pipeline management. Although this role does not require managing a team, the Key Accounts Manager must demonstrate exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. By employing strategic account planning and continuous monitoring of client satisfaction, the candidate will contribute significantly to Tapandrates business development and client retention objectives.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize client satisfaction and business growth.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client operational issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support the CEO by handling client-related operational challenges and providing timely updates.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to client accounts and report on sales pipeline status.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that drive account strategy and decision-making.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand account revenue through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align company offerings with client needs.
- Ensure all client communications are timely, professional, and aligned with company standards.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, challenges, and opportunities for senior management.
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly to maintain high levels of trust and satisfaction.
- Participate in contract negotiations and renewals in collaboration with the legal and finance teams.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform account strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions, feedback, and account activity.
