Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support Kronos/UKG Workforce Management solutions (Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals)
- Configure pay rules, work rules, employee profiles, and labor levels
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions
- Handle system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations
- Troubleshoot issues and provide production support
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with workforce policies
- Maintain documentation and support testing (UAT, SIT)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5–15 years of experience in Kronos / UKG (WFC / Dimensions)
- Strong knowledge of Timekeeping, Scheduling, Absence Management
- Experience in configuration of pay rules, accruals, and shifts
- Good understanding of workforce processes and labor compliance
- Experience in handling interfaces and integrations
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with UKG Dimensions (Cloud)
- Knowledge of API integrations and middleware tools
- Exposure to payroll systems integrations
- Kronos/UKG certification
