Job Summary

The Talent Development Processor supports Learning & Development (L&D) operations by managing learning administration activities within LMS platforms. The role ensures accurate course assignments, tracking, and compliance with training requirements while maintaining high service quality in a global HRO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign learning courses and track completion through LMS systems

• Maintain and update learner data and training records

• Support compliance training initiatives and reporting

• Handle learner queries and resolve requests within SLA timelines

• Ensure data accuracy and adherence to process guidelines
