The Talent Development SME is responsible for managing complex L&D operations, ensuring governance, compliance, and effective utilization of LMS platforms. The role acts as a key point of escalation and drives process improvements and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as SME for learning systems and processes
- Manage end-to-end learning lifecycle and curriculum administration
- Ensure compliance with mandatory training programs and certifications
- Handle escalations and complex learner queries

- Mentor and guide junior team members
