About The Role

Minerva Research Solutions is looking for a highly experienced and strategic Lead Business Analyst to drive business analysis, process optimization, and organizational improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, department heads, and technical teams to identify business challenges, develop strategic solutions, and improve operational efficiency.

This role requires someone who can go beyond gathering requirements and documentation. The ideal candidate must understand the bigger business picture, translate organizational goals into actionable initiatives, leverage data for decision-making, and lead business transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Analysis

• Work closely with senior management to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable business strategies
• Identify business opportunities, operational challenges, and areas where the organization can improve performance
• Conduct detailed business assessments and provide data-driven recommendations to management
• Evaluate existing business models, workflows, and operational structures to identify improvement opportunities
• Lead feasibility studies, impact assessments, and cost-benefit analyses for new initiatives
  
  

Process Optimization & Business Transformation

• Lead organization-wide process improvement and business transformation initiatives
• Identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions
• Develop and implement standardized business processes, workflows, and operational frameworks
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and increase productivity
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend technology solutions to improve business operations
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and ensure measurable improvements
  
  

Data Analytics & Management Reporting

• Develop and oversee business performance dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting frameworks
• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps
• Translate complex data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
• Present business performance reports and strategic findings to senior management
• Support management in developing measurable performance indicators for departments and business functions
  
  

Technology, Automation & Digital Transformation

• Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and technology integration across business functions
• Work with IT and development teams to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Lead the evaluation and implementation of business systems, tools, and digital solutions
• Ensure technology initiatives are aligned with organizational objectives and deliver measurable business value
• Oversee business requirements, solution design reviews, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation
  
  

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and mentor Business Analysts and guide the overall business analysis function
• Act as a strategic bridge between senior management, business departments, and technical teams
• Lead stakeholder meetings, strategic discussions, and business requirement sessions
• Manage multiple business improvement initiatives and ensure timely execution
• Establish standards for business analysis, documentation, reporting, and project delivery
• Provide regular updates to senior management regarding project progress, business risks, and improvement initiatives
  
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree will be an advantage
• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Business Process Management, Strategy, or Operations
• Previous experience leading business analysis teams or managing cross-functional business initiatives
• Strong understanding of business strategy, process optimization, and organizational performance management
• Proven experience in managing complex business requirements and translating them into practical solutions
• Experience developing management dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports
• Strong understanding of digital transformation, business automation, and technology-driven process improvement
• Experience working with senior management and multiple business stakeholders
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities
  
  

Technical Skills & Tools

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
• Jira, Confluence, or equivalent project management platforms
• Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar process mapping tools
• Experience with ERP, CRM, and business management systems
• Understanding of SQL and database concepts
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Exposure to AI tools, workflow automation, and business process automation
