Lead Data Engineer – 10+ Years
Location: Pune/ Hyderabad/ Bangalore

Must Have Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering and ETL development.
• Strong expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF), Microsoft Fabric, and Azure Databricks.
• Advanced SQL development, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience with SSIS and Microsoft ETL technologies.
• Strong understanding of Lakehouse architecture, cloud data platforms, and distributed data processing.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD implementations.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Good to Have Skills

• Experience with Denodo and data virtualization concepts.
• Microsoft Azure/Fabric/Data Engineering certifications.
• Experience with Jira, AMS support, incident management, and SLA-driven environments.
• Exposure to data governance, monitoring, and enterprise reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable data pipelines and ETL solutions.
• Build and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration workflows.
• Implement data solutions using ADF, Fabric, and Databricks.
• Support production environments, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior team members.
