Role Description The Lead Generation Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Johar Town. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective clients through research, outreach, and follow-up activities. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining lead databases, conducting calls and email campaigns, engaging with prospects on digital platforms, and scheduling meetings or demos for the consulting team. The Lead Generation Specialist tracks and reports on lead performance, collaborates with marketing and sales colleagues to refine targeting strategies, and consistently updates CRM systems to ensure accurate and timely information. This role requires proactive engagement, strong communication, and a results-driven mindset to help grow the company’s client base.
Qualifications
  • Strong research and data-gathering skills to identify potential clients and market opportunities.
  • Experience with lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
  • Proficiency with CRM or lead management tools and basic spreadsheet or reporting software.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle objections professionally.
  • Organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and reporting tasks.
  • Understanding of basic sales and marketing concepts, preferably within a services or consultancy environment.
  • Ability to work on-site in Johar Town and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in lead generation, sales support, or business development is an advantage.
