HYBRID - ISLAMABAD - OFFICE - F8/1 -> AR&Co is seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist plus someone who can help with social media content creation and posting with a minimum of two years of experience to enhance the growth of our sales funnel by identifying and qualifying potential customers. This role is crucial in driving high-quality leads using a variety of research methods, CRM analytics, and proven lead scoring techniques. The specialist collaborates closely with marketing and sales departments to ensure alignment with business goals, manages outreach efforts including cold calling, and continuously refines strategies to boost lead conversion rates. This position does not include managing a team but plays a key part in building and optimizing lead generation processes. The successful candidate leverages expertise in CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot, applies data-driven methods to evaluate and prioritize leads, and utilizes social media prospecting and content marketing to attract potential customers. They are responsible for maintaining accurate lead records, analyzing campaign performance, and adapting tactics to maximize the quality and quantity of leads.
