Senior Salesforce LWC Developer

Location: Hyderabad, India (Hybrid - Work from Office)

Role Summary

We are seeking a high-impact Senior Salesforce LWC Developer to join our Digital & Technology (D&T) team in Hyderabad. As a senior individual contributor, you will be responsible for the hands-on development and optimization of our Sales Cloud environment. We are looking for a strong developer with a mandatory minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and a proven ability to integrate external data visualization tools into the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on LWC Development: Build and maintain high-quality custom components using the Lightning Web Component (LWC) framework as the primary UI tool.
• External Library Integration: Incorporate third-party JavaScript libraries such as AG Grid, AG Charts, or ChartJS to create advanced data grids and dashboards within Salesforce.
• Sales Cloud Focus: Develop and enhance features specifically for Sales Cloud, ensuring the platform supports efficient sales processes and lead management.
• System Performance: Refactor and optimize existing code to improve speed, reduce bugs, and ensure all customizations are scalable and follow Salesforce best practices.
• Technical Execution: Independently manage the full development lifecycle, from writing Apex code (Triggers, Batch classes) to deploying via tools like AutoRabbit and Git.
• Security & Compliance: Implement secure data models using permission sets and sharing rules to maintain enterprise-grade security standards.
• Agile Collaboration: Work effectively within an Agile/Scrum team, delivering technical solutions that meet business requirements on time.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of total Salesforce development experience.
• LWC Requirement: A mandatory minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience building Lightning Web Components.
• Data Visualization: Experience using Static Resources to load and run external libraries like AG Grid or Chart JS within Salesforce.
• Sales Cloud Expertise: Strong functional and technical understanding of the Sales Cloud platform and its standard objects.
• Core Coding: Expert-level proficiency in Apex and JavaScript.
• Tools: Familiarity with Salesforce DX, VS Code, Git, and deployment tools like AutoRabbit.
• Hybrid Work: Must be in or willing to commute to the Hyderabad office for our hybrid work model .
