Job Title: ServiceNow Sr Developer for Mobile Transformation & AI

Experience Required: 6–8 Years

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and transforming ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in ServiceNow Mobile Transformation initiatives and practical experience leveraging AI capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support ServiceNow Mobile Transformation projects, including design, development, and deployment of mobile solutions.
• Implement and optimize ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Generative AI, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and AI-driven workflow automation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Design and develop custom applications, workflows, integrations, and automation within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Drive platform modernization and adoption of best practices across ServiceNow modules.
• Provide technical guidance, solution architecture support, and troubleshooting expertise.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, governance, and security practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6–8 years of overall IT experience with significant hands-on experience in ServiceNow.
• Proven experience in ServiceNow Mobile App development and Mobile Transformation programs.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Generative AI, AI Search, or related AI features.
• Expertise in ServiceNow platform development, workflows, integrations, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
• Experience working with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirement-gathering skills.
• ServiceNow certifications are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.
• Experience in enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.
