Lead Payroll

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Lead – Payroll to oversee payroll operations for all non-management employees. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in payroll processing, salary administration, statutory compliance, and HR systems. The incumbent will ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements, effective resolution of payroll-related matters, and smooth coordination with HR and Finance to maintain efficient payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll processing for non-management employees.
• Verify attendance, overtime, leaves, allowances, deductions, and other payroll inputs.
• Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, final settlements, arrears, and other employee payments.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Admin to resolve payroll-related matters.
• Oversee processing of employee advances, loans, bonuses, and other payments.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, income tax, and statutory requirements.
• Address employee payroll queries and resolve salary discrepancies.
• Support internal and external payroll audits and provide relevant information.
• Guide and supervise the payroll team to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.

Skills and Competencies

• End-to-end Payroll Processing, Salary Administration & Reconciliation.
• Proficiency in SAP/HRMS, MS Excel, and Payroll Reporting.
• Knowledge of Income Tax, EOBI, Social Security & Statutory Compliance.
• Strong Attention to details, Problem-Solving, Team Leadership & Time Management Skills.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline. Preferably Masters.

Experience: 6–10 years of relevant experience in payroll management and salary administration.
