We are looking for a Pattern Master to support pattern development, grading, and sample preparation for leather jackets and garments, including hoodies and t-shirts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of pattern making, garment measurements, fitting, and size grading, with the ability to work closely with sampling and production teams to ensure accurate and production-ready patterns.

- Develop, modify, and maintain patterns for leather jackets, hoodies, t-shirts, and other garments.
- Perform pattern grading according to required size specifications.
- Assist in creating new patterns based on design requirements, samples, or measurement sheets.
- Ensure patterns are accurate, practical for production, and aligned with approved specifications.
- Support sample development by checking measurements, fit, and pattern accuracy.
- Make pattern corrections based on fitting feedback, production requirements, or sample observations.
- Coordinate with the sampling, stitching, and production teams to resolve pattern-related issues.
- Maintain proper records of patterns, size sets, corrections, and approved samples.
- Ensure consistency in garment fit, measurements, and construction across different sizes.
- Support continuous improvement in pattern accuracy and production efficiency.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in pattern making and grading.
- Must have knowledge of leather jacket pattern making.
- Experience in garment patterns, especially hoodies and t-shirts, is required.
- Basic understanding of garment construction, measurements, fitting, and stitching techniques.
- Ability to read and follow measurement sheets, design references, and sample requirements.
- Basic knowledge of copying ready pattern
- Ability to make pattern corrections as per fitting and production feedback.
- Good coordination skills with sampling and production teams.
- Willingness to work in an on-site production or sampling environment.
