Requirements:
- Proven track record of generating millions of dollars in closed revenue through LinkedIn-sourced leads.
- Ability to verify results through case studies, references, or performance data.
- Deep expertise in LinkedIn outbound strategies, including sequence architecture, cold outreach copywriting, ICP qualification, and list building.
- Experience building and improving LinkedIn lead generation systems within established businesses, beyond personal brand management.
- Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and develop in-house team members through effective coaching and knowledge sharing.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret funnel data and identify performance bottlenecks.
- Ability to recommend effective solutions to improve lead generation and conversion results.
- Experience working in a fractional capacity with clear accountability for weekly KPIs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback through Loom, documentation, and live sessions.
- High level of reliability and consistent daily availability throughout the engagement, including daily syncs.
- Train and coach the existing in-house LinkedIn specialist through daily syncs and weekly working sessions.
- Review messages and provide direct feedback as a primary part of the engagement.
- Audit LinkedIn outbound sequences, including connection requests, follow-up messages, and outreach cadence.
- Rewrite outreach messages or guide improvements to address gaps affecting conversion.
- Review and refine ICP qualification criteria to target financially qualified decision-makers.
- Focus on e-commerce brand owners generating at least $50,000 in monthly revenue who meet the funnel qualification criteria.
- Evaluate and improve targeting, list-building, and prospecting workflows.
- Ensure outreach reaches in-market buyers rather than relying solely on job titles.
- Audit the complete lead generation process, from the first touchpoint to the booked meeting.
- Review LinkedIn profile positioning, message-to-call conversion, and calendar booking workflows.
- Document and improve existing systems and procedures (SOPs).
- Establish consistent, repeatable processes within the LinkedIn department rather than relying on individual efforts.
- Review weekly performance data, identify funnel bottlenecks, and recommend clear corrective actions.
- Ensure the department meets meeting booking targets and converts booked meetings into qualified sales opportunities and closed deals.
