Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in LinkedIn outreach, B2B lead generation, and business development, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
  • Proven experience identifying and engaging decision-makers through LinkedIn and other outbound channels.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales, prospecting, account-based outreach, and lead qualification.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and lead generation tools is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create personalized outreach messages.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing outreach campaigns, follow-ups, and sales pipelines.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to build long-term client relationships.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients and decision-makers through LinkedIn and other outbound channels.
  • Execute personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate qualified B2B leads and business opportunities.
  • Research target companies, industries, and prospects to build high-quality lead lists.
  • Qualify leads based on business needs and schedule meetings for the sales or business development team.
  • Manage outreach pipelines, follow-ups, and CRM records to ensure consistent engagement.
  • Track outreach performance, response rates, and lead conversion metrics, and recommend improvements.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects through consistent and value-driven communication.
  • Stay up to date with logistics industry trends, market developments, and LinkedIn outreach best practices to improve lead generation efforts.
