Manage and monitor daily LMP operations and performance of First Mile and Last Mile
Ensure achievement of key operational KPIs, including OTH, Efficiency, Success Rate, Daily COD compliance, backlogs.
Monitor DH attendance, productivity, carried, backlog, and shipment aging.
Coordinate with LMP partners to resolve operational issues and ensure SOP compliance.
Conduct regular visits to LMP cities to monitor performance, conducts audits, and partner/staff trainings
Daily COD monitoring, daily and weekly cash reconciliation, outstanding clearance.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in logistics, Last Mile, or delivery operations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Good command of MS Excel and operational reporting's.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and travel for field operations.
