The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and demonstrates excellent communication skills for effective and professional interactions with customers and distributors. This role primarily focuses on troubleshooting and repairing mobile phones sent by customers, ensuring exceptional service and timely communication to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Additionally, the engineer must respond proactively to customer queries, provide technical support, assist in improving service delivery, and occasionally cover service consultant duties to ensure continuous service excellence. Responsibilities

• Receive and accurately manage mobile phones sent by customers or distributors for repair, ensuring timely processing of all devices.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, providing regular updates on repair status and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Study and apply specialized materials and technical guidance related to mobile phone technologies to perform precise troubleshooting and effective repairs.
• Deliver high-quality maintenance and repair solutions to meet customer demands for mobile phone products and services.
• Assist management team members including managers, directors, and executives with various tasks aimed at improving overall operational performance and service quality.
• Provide timely and detailed feedback on technical issues encountered during repair processes, tracking outcomes to implement continuous improvements.
• Respond to professional and technical inquiries from customers, ensuring clarity and satisfaction in all communications.
• Temporarily fill in for the service consultant during their absence or periods of high demand to maintain smooth and uninterrupted service operations.
• Maintain thorough documentation and reporting practices to support ongoing improvement initiatives and uphold service excellence standards.
