Vivo Pakistan is seeking a diligent and technically skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in electrical engineering to join the team in Karachi. This role requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and distributors. The Maintenance Engineer focuses on troubleshooting and repairing mobile phones sent by customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and timely updates. While this position does not include managing a team, the engineer works closely with management to improve operational performance and resolve technical challenges proactively.

The Maintenance Engineer maintains comprehensive knowledge of specialized materials and technical documentation related to mobile phone technologies. This knowledge enables the engineer to resolve complex issues efficiently and provide proactive technical support. Additionally, the engineer takes initiative in responding to customer queries and supports service consultants as needed, ensuring continuous service excellence. Responsibilities

• Receive and manage mobile phones sent by customers or distributors for repair, ensuring timely and accurate handling of all devices.
• Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on repair status and professionally address any queries or concerns.
• Study and apply specialized materials and guidance documents related to mobile phone technologies to perform precise troubleshooting and repairs.
• Deliver high-quality maintenance and repair solutions to meet customer demands for products and services.
• Assist management personnel, including the manager, director, and executives, in completing various tasks aimed at enhancing overall performance and service quality.
• Provide timely feedback on technical issues encountered during repair processes and track results to implement improvements.
• Answer professional and technical questions from customers, ensuring clarity and satisfaction in all communications.
• Temporarily fill in for the service consultant during their absence or busy periods to maintain smooth service operations.
• Maintain strong documentation and reporting practices to support continuous improvement and service excellence.
