Our client BaKhabar Kissan is hiring a Manager Business Development in Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities
 Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients across Tobacco, Sugarcane, and other agriculture value chains.
 Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local and international markets.
 Develop and execute client acquisition strategies.
 Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
 Represent the GIS unit at industry events and conferences to generate leads and partnerships.
 Identify opportunities for upselling within existing client accounts.
 Negotiate and close deals with clients.
 Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.
 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and delivered.

Job Specifications
 Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, agriculture, or a related field.
 4 to 6 years of experience in business development and Client Acquisition preferably in Agri-tech, GIS, or B2B Technology services.
 Strong communication and negotiation skills.
 Ability to travel frequently for client engagement.
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
