Position Summary The Manager – Business Enablement is responsible for supporting the efficient execution of business operations by driving process improvements, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and providing operational support to business leaders The role ensures that teams have the processes, resources, and governance needed to achieve organizational objectives while promoting operational excellence and continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day business enablement and operational support activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution of key initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, documentation, and reports.
• Prepare dashboards, performance metrics, and management reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and governance standards.
• Support planning, resource coordination, and business continuity activities.
• Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, project coordination, or operational support.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business collaboration tools.
