As a Content Manager at Snoonu, you will serve as a key operational leader within the Commercial > Content team, driving execution excellence across catalog content operations. Acting as the bridge between strategy and execution, you will oversee large-scale workflows, lead performance management initiatives, and ensure operational stability while supporting long-term scalability of content operations.

This role combines team leadership, operational ownership, analytics, process optimization, and cross functional collaboration, making you a critical partner in shaping content performance and marketplace quality while preparing for future managerial ownership.

What You’ll Get Your Hands On

  • Own end-to-end execution of content operations including onboarding, catalog updates, promotions, approvals, and operational requests.
  • Supervise and guide team leads and agents to ensure productivity, SLA adherence, and consistent quality delivery.
  • Act as primary operational owner for workflow health, queue management, prioritization, and execution governance.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and drive performance improvements through structured reporting and data analysis.
  • Monitor catalog health metrics such as completeness, duplicate rates, attribute coverage, and content accuracy.
  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks covering productivity, QA performance, utilization, incidents, and operational trends.
  • Lead quality governance through audits, scorecards, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance catalog accuracy and customer experience.
  • Partner with Commercial, Sales, Product, and Support teams to align operational execution with business objectives.
  • Drive proactive issue identification, root cause analysis, and resolution planning across operational challenges.
  • Support workforce planning through forecasting, capacity planning, and utilization optimization.
  • Serve as escalation owner for complex operational cases and cross-functional risks.
  • Support strategic initiatives including marketplace health improvement, menu quality enhancements, and operational transformation projects.
  • Establish and enforce product data standards for titles, descriptions, attributes, and images to maintain catalog quality and consistency.
  • Improve product discoverability and search performance by optimizing catalog content and working with product/search teams.

  • Strong experience managing operations or content teams in high-volume environments.
  • Proven ability to lead through data, performance metrics, and structured reporting.
  • Advanced analytical skills with strong Excel / Google Sheets expertise.
  • Strong understanding of SLA-driven operational environments and workflow optimization.
  • Ability to independently drive initiatives from problem identification to implementation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Process-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
