Manager Information Technology (ERP, Retail Systems & Digital Transformation)

PARCO is seeking applications for the position of Manager Information Technology (ERP, Retail Systems & Digital Transformation) for its 100% owned subsidiary PARCO Pearl Gas (Pvt) Ltd. PPGL is the largest LPG marketing company in Pakistan having countrywide presence.

Job Purpose

Lead PPGL's IT strategy, ERP landscape, retail systems, and digital transformation agenda — aligning technology with business goals, driving operational excellence and customer experience, and building the enterprise architecture, cloud, and cybersecurity foundation behind it.

Education & Certification:

• Bachelor's/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field from an HEC-recognised university.
• Professional Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, TOGAF, CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer will be preferred.

Experience & Expertise:

• At least 12 years of relevant professional experience, with prior experience in a senior IT leadership role is preferred.
• ERP delivery in SAP environments — S/4HANA, IS-OIL, Analytics Cloud — plus CRM, loyalty, dealer management, and digital commerce platforms.
• Microsoft Azure, M365, SharePoint, Power BI, and AI/ML or enterprise data platforms.
• Cybersecurity and resilience: ISO 27001, ISO 22301, NIST Framework, IT governance, risk, and business continuity.
• Track record leading large technology teams, enterprise portfolios, budgets, and vendors through digital transformation at scale.
• Retail, fuel retail, FMCG, distribution, manufacturing, or energy background preferred.
• Strong business acumen — able to turn business needs into technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the IT strategy, roadmap, and governance framework.
• Govern the ERP landscape for scalability, standardisation, and business value.
• Lead retail platforms — CRM, loyalty, dealer management, payments, self-service, and mobile apps.
• Drive the digital transformation roadmap: automation, AI, analytics, and customer engagement.
• Lead data, Business Intelligence, and analytics for management-level visibility and insight.
• Manage the application and infrastructure portfolio and its integration.
• Safeguard the security, reliability, and performance of all critical systems.
• Set IT policy and governance to ensure compliance.
• Lead cybersecurity, risk, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Own technology budgets, vendors, and SLAs.
• Deliver technology projects on scope, budget, and time.
• Build and mentor a high-performing IT team.
• Partner across Business Applications, Digitalisation, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity to deliver integrated solutions.
