Description

Level3 BOS is looking for a skilled, experienced, and proactive IT Manager to oversee and manage the company's IT infrastructure, technical operations, and support functions during the night shift.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership abilities, and hands-on experience managing enterprise IT environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, maintaining infrastructure reliability, strengthening network security, and leading the IT team to deliver efficient technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the IT support team, ensuring timely troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
• Oversee daily IT operations, infrastructure management, system administration, and service delivery.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, and user access permissions.
• Administer Windows Server environments, VMware, Hyper-V, VDI, storage systems, and cloud infrastructure.
• Manage corporate network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, VPNs, and network security.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity policies, security controls, threat detection, risk management, and incident response procedures.
• Ensure system availability, data protection, backup management, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation, infrastructure policies, asset inventories, and standard operating procedures.
• Oversee IT procurement, budgeting, vendor coordination, and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
• Train, guide, and mentor IT team members while ensuring effective team performance.
• Coordinate with management and relevant stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement appropriate technology solutions.
• Provide technical escalation support and after-hours assistance whenever required.
  
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT operations.
• At least 2 years of experience in a team lead, supervisory, or managerial position.
• Strong practical knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, Hyper-V, Exchange, and SharePoint.
• Hands-on experience managing virtualization, cloud environments, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Sound understanding of networking concepts, including firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, and network security.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices, IT risk management, system monitoring, and disaster recovery.
• Previous experience managing IT teams, helpdesk operations, and technical support functions.
• Experience working in corporate offices, BPOs, back-office operations, or multinational organizations will be preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, particularly when dealing with international teams.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, decision-making, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary package of up to PKR 160,000 per month, depending on experience and expertise.

Candidate Preference

Preference will be given to candidates with strong technical expertise, demonstrated IT team management experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing IT infrastructure in corporate or back-office environments.

Location: DHA Phase 5, Karachi

Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM | Monday – Friday.
