Your ‘day to day’

The Manager Trade Marketing - Communication & Visibility develops and executes channel communication, visibility, and merchandising strategies to strengthen brand presence, shopper engagement, and conversion at point of sale. The role ensures consistent deployment of brand assets and retail standards while supporting commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication and visibility strategies across retail and trade channels.
• Lead the planning, production, deployment, and maintenance of POSM, visibility assets, and branded merchandising solutions.
• Ensure execution excellence and compliance with brand, category, and regulatory guidelines.
• Develop planograms, visibility standards, and merchandising frameworks to enhance product placement and visibility.
• Drive channel engagement initiatives to strengthen retailer partnerships and execution quality.
• Partner with Brand, Commercial, Procurement, and Field teams to deliver visibility campaigns and retail activations.
• Manage suppliers and agencies, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely deployment.
• Monitor market execution, analyze performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  
  

ACCOUNTABILITY

• Deliver trade communication and visibility programs that strengthen brand awareness, shopper engagement, and conversion.
• Ensure effective planning, procurement, deployment, and governance of visibility assets.
• Drive consistent retail execution through visibility and merchandising standards.
• Optimize visibility investments by monitoring effectiveness and return on deployment.
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Preferably a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in consumer engagement, brand activations, trade marketing, or marketing; FMCG experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of trade marketing, merchandising, promotions, and channel engagement.
• Strong commercial, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate data and business objectives into effective strategies and execution plans.
