Our client PostEx is hiring a Manager - Training & Development in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and develop annual training plans.
· Design and deliver training programs for employees, managers, and operational teams.
· Manage employee onboarding, leadership development, and soft-skills training.
· Coordinate operational training across branches, hubs, warehouses, and delivery teams.
· Evaluate training effectiveness and monitor employee development.
· Manage training budgets, maintain records, and prepare performance reports.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
· Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including significant experience in Training & Development.
· Strong expertise in TNA, training design, facilitation, and learning evaluation.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
· Experience in logistics, fintech, or a large-scale operational environment will be preferred.
