Eminent Holdings is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor with at least seven years of experience to oversee and manage daily production activities within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in factory production and supervision, with the ability to lead a team of 20 persons effectively. This role requires in-depth knowledge of chemical handling and safety procedures, excellent leadership capabilities, and a commitment to maintaining high production quality and workplace safety standards. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring smooth, timely production operations while meeting production targets and adhering to all safety and quality protocols.

The Production Supervisor plays a critical role in coordinating production planning, scheduling, and execution to optimize manufacturing efficiency. This individual ensures that packaging and packing operations run seamlessly, chemical handling complies with regulatory requirements, and inventory management aligns with production needs. By applying lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices, the supervisor drives process enhancements that reduce waste and increase productivity. This leadership position demands strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and monitor team performance to achieve the companys operational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficient and timely operation.
• Manage and coordinate a team of 20 production staff, providing leadership, guidance, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure proper and safe handling of chemicals in compliance with all applicable safety and environmental regulations.
• Oversee packaging and packing processes to maintain product standards and operational efficiency.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet established production quality standards.
• Plan and schedule production activities to optimize resources and meet production targets.
• Maintain workplace safety standards in compliance with OSHA requirements and company policies.
• Utilize ERP and MRP systems to manage inventory, production scheduling, and workflow.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through lean manufacturing methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Monitor daily production output and staff performance, making adjustments as necessary to achieve targets.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production flow.
• Conduct training and coaching sessions to improve team skills and awareness of safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, documentation, and compliance records.
• Identify potential risks or production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions promptly.
