Our client National Incubation Center, Faisalabad is looking for a Marketing and Communications Specialist in Faisalabad

The Communication & Marketing Specialist supports the growth of the startup ecosystem by creating compelling content, managing outreach campaigns, and coordinating communication efforts across multiple platforms. The specialist works closely with the program team to deliver trainings, workshops, investor engagements, networking events, and promotion of graduations. They are responsible for tracking communication performance metrics and preparing comprehensive reports for management and stakeholders. The role demands excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple communication channels to increase participation and visibility. Additionally, the specialist aids fundraising and partnership development efforts, contributing to the sustainability and expansion of NICF initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication, branding, and marketing strategies to promote NICF programs, startups, and ecosystem initiatives.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media platforms, websites, newsletters, and media outreach.
  • Produce high-quality content such as success stories, impact reports, press releases, videos, and promotional materials to enhance organizational visibility.
  • Support the planning and execution of trainings, workshops, demo days, networking events, investor engagements, and graduation ceremonies alongside the Program Team.
  • Engage directly with startups to document their progress, achievements, funding milestones, partnerships, and success stories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, industry partners, universities, investors, government agencies, and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Coordinate targeted outreach campaigns to attract high-potential startups, mentors, trainers, investors, and partners to NICF programs.
  • Track communication, outreach, and program key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing detailed periodic reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Support fundraising, sponsorship, partnership development, and ecosystem-building initiatives to accelerate NICF's growth and impact.
  • Manage and lead a team of two communication and marketing professionals to achieve departmental objectives efficiently.
  • Perform other communication, marketing, or program-related assignments as assigned by management to support NICFs strategic goals.
