WADIC is looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing, overseeing, and executing all marketing strategies to strengthen WADIC’s brand, attract new clients, and drive business growth. This is a leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, lead generation, and brand positioning.
Role & Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to position WADIC as a leading web development company.
Plan, manage, and oversee all marketing efforts, including digital marketing, content strategy, branding, and customer engagement.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
Define KPIs and performance metrics to measure marketing success and optimize campaigns.
Digital Marketing & SEO
Lead SEO & SEM strategies to improve WADIC’s search rankings and online visibility.
Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting).
Optimize website content and structure for improved search engine performance and user experience.
Use heatmaps, analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to enhance website performance.
Content & Social Media Marketing
Create and oversee engaging content for blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and social media.
Develop and manage content calendars for LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Email Marketing & Lead Generation
Design and execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, client engagement, and retention.
Develop targeted email automation sequences using HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo.
Optimize lead funnels and conversion strategies through A/B testing.
Work closely with the sales team to generate high-quality B2B leads.
Brand Management & PR
Develop and maintain a strong brand identity across all digital and offline channels.
Manage press releases, media outreach, and public relations efforts.
Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Organize webinars, online events, and conferences to establish WADIC as an
industry thought leader.
Marketing Automation & CRM
Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
Use CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM to track and nurture leads.
Set up chatbots and AI-driven marketing tools for better customer interaction.
