- 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, professional, and presentable personality.
- Good understanding of market research, brand activation, and marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
