KEY ESPONSIBILITIES:
Minimum Bachelors
2-3 Years of experience
Proven experience in project or program management, preferably in FMCG.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
KEY ESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead end-to-end project management for launches, renovations, promotions, and NRM initiatives.
- Align stakeholders across Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and external partners.
- Manage workflows, timelines, and stakeholder deliverables
- Track progress, flag delays, and ensure accountability to KPIs.
- Act as central contact for updates, risks, and decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement by removing process bottlenecks.
