We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Material Coordinator to join our team. He will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring materials are available for production, and managing external stakeholder relations.
- Excel Proficiency is must
- Determining the required materials and generating purchase orders.
- Responsible of Project expense, liaising with finance, field team & etc.
- Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.
- Coordinating with other departments regarding their goals, timelines, supplier payments, etc.
- Monitoring customer demand patterns and purchasing trends.
- Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.
- Liaising with internal customers, suppliers, and distributors.
- Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
