Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator with 6–10 years of IT infrastructure and cloud administration experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting Microsoft 365 services, with a strong focus on Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, Azure AD (Entra ID), security, compliance, and end-user collaboration services. The candidate should possess excellent troubleshooting skills and experience supporting enterprise-scale Microsoft cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 Administration

• Administer and manage Microsoft 365 tenant, users, licenses, groups, and policies.
• Monitor M365 service health, incidents, and performance.
• Manage Microsoft 365 subscriptions and licensing activities.
• Implement and maintain security and compliance configurations.

Exchange Online Administration

• Manage Exchange Online mailboxes, shared mailboxes, resource mailboxes, and distribution groups.
• Configure and troubleshoot mail flow, connectors, transport rules, and anti-spam policies.
• Manage email security solutions including Microsoft Defender for Office 365.
• Perform mailbox migrations, retention policies, archiving, and eDiscovery support.
• Troubleshoot email delivery, Outlook connectivity, and calendar-related issues.

OneDrive for Business Administration

• Administer OneDrive storage policies, sharing settings, sync configurations, and permissions.
• Support OneDrive migrations and file-sharing governance.
• Troubleshoot synchronization, access, and collaboration issues.
• Implement data protection, retention, and recovery policies.
