About The Role
We are looking for an MIS & Data Analyst to join our growing fintech team specializing in international remittances and cross-border payments. The MIS & Data Analyst will play a key role in managing and delivering structured reports across multiple timelines while performing data analysis to support business decisions, improve performance, and ensure data-driven operations aligned with organizational goals.

About The Role
We are looking for an MIS & Data Analyst to join our growing fintech team specializing in international remittances and cross-border payments. The MIS & Data Analyst will play a key role in managing and delivering structured reports across multiple timelines while performing data analysis to support business decisions, improve performance, and ensure data-driven operations aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly MIS reports
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of all reports
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps
- Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports
- Monitor key KPIs and highlight variances and improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with different teams to collect, validate, and consolidate data
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support management decisions
- Perform ad-hoc analysis based on business requirements
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effortRa
- Maintain documentation of data sources, reporting processes, and methodologies
- Support performance tracking across corridors, operations, and customer segments
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management reviews
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis (fintech, remittance, or banking preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Ms Office (Pivot Tables, formulas, dashboards)
- Experience with Power BI / Tableau or similar BI tools
- Basic knowledge of SQL / databases is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills
