Role Summary
WinWire is looking for an experienced Integration / ETL Engineer to join our Managed Services team supporting Gilead Sciences’ Model N revenue management ecosystem. You will own the integration layer that connects Gilead’s critical business systems – SAP S4/Hana, Dell Boomi middleware, Model N, RODB, and downstream reporting and analytics platforms – ensuring data flows reliably, failures are detected and resolved rapidly, and the platform operates with zero data integrity gaps.

What You’ll Do
Design and develop ETL pipelines and data integration workflows
Integrate data from SAP, CRM, HRSA, NCPDP, PBM/GPO, and BRG sources
Process and validate EDI transactions (844/867 and related standards)
Perform data transformation, cleansing, and validation to ensure quality
Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues and defects
Collaborate with business and analytics teams to support reporting and insights
Support data reconciliation and audit readiness activities
Participate in release cycles, testing, and deployment of integration components
Tech Stack Snapshot
Integration & ETL Engineers with expertise in Healthcare & Market Access data ecosystems, working across SAP, CRM systems, HRSA, NCPDP, PBM/GPO feeds, BRG data, and EDI standards such as 844/867, leveraging tools like Informatica, Talend, SSIS, SQL, APIs, and cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Must-Have Skills
5–7 years of experience in integration engineering, ETL development, or middleware operations
5–7 years of experience with Model N RODB or similar revenue management platform databases
5–7 years of Hands-on experience with Dell Boomi or equivalent enterprise integration platforms (MuleSoft, Informatica, TIBCO)
5–7 years of experience – Pharma SAP data, Revenue datasets and middleware (boomi) integration experiences
5–7 years of experience – Strong understanding of SAP integration concepts – master data flows, transaction data, and SAP-to-third-party interface patterns
5–7 years of experience -Experience with EDI transaction processing – familiarity with 844, 849, 867 or similar healthcare/pharma EDI formats
5–7 years of experience – Proficiency in SQL – ability to write, maintain, and optimize queries against large transactional databases
5–7 years of Experience with data reconciliation – identifying and resolving mismatches between source and target systems
5–7 years of experience – Working knowledge of SFTP, file-based integrations, and scheduled job monitoring
5–7 years of Experience supporting production integration environments with formal SLA accountability
5–7 years of experience – Familiarity with SOX-compliant change management and data governance practices
Good to Have
Knowledge of pharmaceutical revenue management — chargebacks, government pricing, Medicaid, managed care rebates
Exposure to 340B duplicate discount processing and related data flows
Experience with Python scripting for data processing and transformation
Familiarity with OpenText or similar EDI vendor platforms
Knowledge of Gross-to-Net reconciliation concepts in pharmaceutical finance
Experience with SAP S4/Hana post-migration integration support
Exposure to Kernel OpenPharma or similar GL reconciliation tools

Ability to deliver reliable, compliant, and scalable data integrations that directly support Market Access and commercial operations.
